We are Tim and Barb Claxton, both educators and life coaches. We have been married for 33 years and have one wonderful son, Seth, and a lovely daughter-in-law, Abby. Seth is a nurse anesthetist, and Abby is an emergency room RN. They and their two dogs live in wind-swept Oklahoma.
We have served in church leadership for 30 years and understand the challenges of living the abundant life in a world that demands more of us all the time.
Our desire is to see each individual become the whole person he or she was designed to be. We want to cheer you on as you fulfill your personal destiny!

About Us
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD.
I have worked at a large medical center for eighteen years as an organizational development specialist, providing training for leaders in the areas of stress management, delegation, conflict management, mentoring, time management, and coaching. I currently lead a men's discipleship group at our church. I am actively pursuing the abundant life that Jesus came to give me and I want to help others in their pursuit of the same. I love to jog, play golf, and spend time with my family.
Tim
With degrees in education and counseling, I have taught at every level from kindergarten through college and spent several years counseling and consulting in educational and clinical settings. Many of the skills I have learned in these experiences help me as a coach. Preparing students for short-term mission trips is one of my favorite regular pursuits. I also enjoy speaking, presenting, writing, and family vacations. My professional affiliations include the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Christian Coaching Association.
